Hi Alex,
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you are off to a great start. Keep observing, listening and reflecting. I know it's probably frustrating to feel like you aren't "contributing" to your host organization. But also keep in mind that being an interested and engaged listener and learner is its own kind of contribution.
